If not In Device Manage, any exclamations for unknown hardware? Verify the card is fully inserted in the PCI slot. Boot and check Device Manager. If have a free PCI slot, put the card in a different slot and when boot, Windows should display the "new hardware found" bubble. Let Windows install it and then re-check Device manager. I've inserted the card in a different pci slot. After about 10 minutes it comes up with failed installing drivers. During these 10 minutes the screen freezes and nothing else works, i.

I restart the computer normally after these 10 minutes. It shows 32 instances of it! The first message says : This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. Code 31 The second message says : This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use.
